Our Kitchen

Tirza's kitchen is based on the same principles on which OCD, TENNE and AFUI are built - we are interested in exploring the local kitchen.

 

Our primary goal at Tirza is to accompany the wine while focusing on strong and precise flavors.

Each dish has one leading raw material and total of around 3 elements on a plate.

We aspire to serve food we love to eat and keep it simple & straight forward. But at the same time we also want our kitchen to evoke thoughts about locality, culture and the connection between food and wine.
